HB10-1023 Protecting employers from lawsuits because of employees is good for business. There should be required to be a closer nexus other than the mere hiring of an employee to create liability. This may have the benefit of making it easier to hire released prisoners, which could also be a good thing. SUPPPORT
ReplyDeleteHB10-1111 Not sure what problem this bill is trying to solve or what good it is trying to do.
HB10-1049 Once again I fear the legislature is tending to go where no legislator should dare to tread. I understand what this bill is trying to address, and we may have some local dealers who have been adversely affected by forced closures, but I get very nervous about the ability of the legislature to mandate a workable solution. I would want to hear more form people who are in the business before taking a position on this one.
